Agricultural Year 2022
The Oil of Agricultural Year 2022 is a product resulting from an important commitment in production, compliance with cultivation criteria and respect for nature. The production is daily, the harvest is immediately processed and analyzed, to select the oil with the utmost respect for the product that comes from the Le Prandine fields.
The oil is characterized by delicacy and persistence of flavor and is available in three varieties:
DOP
(strictly following the regulations of the Garda DOP Consortium);
100
%
Italian
(similar to the DOP, but with a prevalence of origin of the olives from the Leccino plant);
Unfiltered
(considered new oil with the typical taste and maturity characteristics of new oil).
These products are the
Garda DOP "Le Prandine"
and the
100% Italian "Libra"
in the
Filtered
and
Unfiltered versions

Today we have created two recipes using our oil; the production oil of the 2022 Agricultural Campaign, and it is an oil that represents the result of an important effort in terms of commitment to production, compliance with the cultivation criteria and respect for the product that our plants give us.
We have improved this year the processing production systems, in order to manage with the utmost respect for the product, what comes out of our fields.
On a daily basis the production is made which is immediately brought to processing; the production of each day is then immediately analyzed and our oil is selected, which represents the result of an important effort in terms of reproduction, respect for the cultivation systems and overall respect for the nature in which we are immersed.
Our oils are characterized by delicacy on the one hand, persistence of flavor on the other, and are oils that are then divided into three varieties, in three types:
The DOP, for which we rigorously follow the regulations established by the Garda DOP Consortium;
100% Italian oil, which has similar characteristics to the DOP, but which mainly comes from olives from Leccino variety plants;
and the Unfiltered Oil, which we consider to be new Oil, therefore the Oil which in the first phase has characteristics of taste and maturity which are typical of new Oil.
Therefore these are our products, the Garda DOP "Le Prandine" and the 100% Italian "Libra" in the Filtered and Unfiltered version.
