Dried Tomato Sauce is characterized by a intensive e decisive taste.

The real protagonists of this condiment are the dried tomatoes, with a lively yet rounded and enveloping flavor, a true explosion of colors on the palate. Tasty for seasoning and making a good plate of spaghetti special, but it is also ideal as an accompaniment for canapès during an aperitif to amaze friends with Mediterranean flavors reminiscent of the sun.

Deriving from ancient Lucanian traditions, the tomatoes are harvested between August and September, left to dry slowly and preserved in oil, thus recalling summer with every bite.
