We also have our own oil 100% Italian “Libra” and, just commercialized, the 100% italian “Golden Dream”, obtained mainly from the ‘leccino’ variety», continues the company founder. Olive cultivation on Lake Garda has a thousand-year tradition: the “Casaliva” is a native plant of the territory. Thanks to the composition of the soil, this plant produces a fruit: its oil reaches extremely high quality levels of taste, delicacy and harmony. «“Le Prandine” project was born from the will and commitment to recover and enhance historic olive groves.
