Information on the collection and processing of personal data

processed pursuant to and for the effects of the New European Regulation (GDPR)


PURPOSE OF THIS DOCUMENT
The following is the method of processing of personal data of users of the website www.leprandine.com, possibly collected during its consultation.
The information is provided pursuant to the New European Regulation (GDPR) - Code for the protection of personal data - to those interacting with web services accessible electronically from the address:www.leprandine.com.
The hereinafter annexed information is also inspired by the guidelines taken from art.
29 of Directive 95/46/EC and it refers more precisely to the collection of personal data on the Internet with a view to identifying the minimum measures that must be implemented for the persons concerned in order to ensure the fairness and lawfulness of such practices.

The DATA CONTROLLER

SCOPE 
The information is provided only for the SITE in question and not for other external websites that may be consulted through links on the pages of the SITE, which link to different domains, for which the CONTROLLER is not liable.

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
The processing operations connected to the Web services on the SITE (physically resident on servers connected to the network) are carried out at the headquarters of the CONTROLLER and are handled only by employees, collaborators or persons in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data resulting from surfing the SITE is communicated or disseminated to third parties whose work is not connected with the management, operation or control of the operations of the SITE itself.
Personal data supplied by the users forwarding information material requests are only use to provide for the service or the demanded performance and they are only forwarded to third parties if requested for such a scope"Date"

The data is only used to get statistical anonymous information on the website our and to check its correct operation and they are removed immediately after its processing. The data could be made available by THE DATA CONTROLLER to ascertain any liability in case of IT crimes or other requests authorised by the judicial authority.
Data provided voluntarily by users of the site
The optional, explicit and voluntary forwarding of electronic mail to the addresses provided on the SITE or by filling in request forms or other wizards on the SITE, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included.
Specific summary information will be provided or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.

OPTIONALITY TO PROVIDE DATA
With the exception of what specified for surfing data, the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts to request the sending of informative material or other communications.

Personal data are processed with or without electronics or automated, IT or telematics tools for the time strictly required to reach the goal which it was collected for.
Specific safety measures are enforced as to avoid loosing data, illegal or incorrect use and non-authorised access in compliance with the enforcement obligation of any safety measure.
In order to provide a complete service, the SITE may contain links to other websites, not managed by the CONTROLLER who cannot be held responsible for errors, content, cookies, publications of illicit moral content, advertising, banners or files that do not comply with the regulations in force and compliance with the Privacy regulations by the aforementioned sites.

RIGHTS OF THE SUJECTS The subjects which the personal data refers to are entitled anyhow to get a confirmation of the data and to know its content and origin, check their correctness or ask for it being supplemented or updated or even adjusted (new European regulation (GDPR)).
In compliance with the same article, the subjects are entitled to have it removed, changed into anonymous information or  have it blocked when processed violating the regulations in force or to oppose any how for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
In any case, the User will be free at any time to revoke the consent given by the same, sending a communication to this effect without formality to the CONTROLLER at the addresses given at the beginning of this document.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to the law and to improve it taking into account the suggestions made by customers, employees and users.
