Returns and refunds

The right of withdrawal is excluded pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014.

Extra virgin olive oils are products that fall into the category of "sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection once they have been opened after delivery, since the characteristics and quality of these products are subject to alterations also as a result of improper storage”.

Consequently, it is not possible to return the product.

Here are the procedures you'll need to follow upon receipt:
  1. At the time of pick-up, please carefully check the status of the package and products you have ordered and receive from the delivery person.
  2. If you find anomalies in the package, such as an open or damaged package or presence or trace of liquid, note the anomaly on the transport document that the delivery person submits for signature, even on a handheld. The annotation of the anomaly on the transport document is an essential element to activate the subsequent procedures; in the absence of an annotation we will be forced to disregard reports of anomalies that could be generated by subsequent manipulations of the products
  3. Connected to our site and contact us using the appropriate anomaly report form.
  4. Once you received your report, you will be contacted and provided with all the useful information for the accommodation of the problem
