SHIPPING AND DELIVERING YOUR PURCHASE ORDER

You can buy “Le Prandine" extra virgin olive oils online.
Buying online is practical; you can do it quickly and it is very simple.
You can count on fast shipping and delivery to your chosen address in Italy and in the European countries indicated below.

We would like to explain to you what is included in the shipping cost (henceforth also shipping and transportation cost):
  • The packaging of bottles in packaging suitable for shipping and transport,
  • Collection by our headquarters
  • Transportation up to the final destination
  • Delivery at the specified address.
Remember that for the collection of the products you buy from our E-SHOP nothing from you will be due to the Express Courier who makes the delivery.

Delivery will be made by Express Courier at the cost of € 12,99 for destination addresses Italy; you can have your delivery faster at the cost of € 20,00.

You will not be charged for transportation if your purchase order for delivery to the same destination (excluding shipping costs) will exceeds € 150,00.

Delivery to Europe will be made at the costs of € 36,99, but if your purchase order for delivery to the same destination (excluding shipping costs) will exceed € 250,00 you will not be charged shipping costs.
 
We wish to inform you that "Le Prandine” delivers directly to the address indicated by you by express courier; the goods ordered therefore travel completely at our risk; we inform you that we will not be able to accept complaints except upon receipt of the goods by marking any anomaly on the courier's delivery document and reporting the problem to our email l customercare@leprandine.com.

Please note that in order to benefit from free shipping, your purchase order must be worth more than € 150,00 excluding shipping costs from the total order.

  • for shipments to other islands in the national territory, delivery times can take 2-3 more days.
 
Finally, please consider that in the pre-Christmas period delivery times may take 3-4 days longer than those indicated above.
